RETURNS

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. If there is a problem, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of shipment. We do not offer returns for change of mind.

Faulty Items – If the item you have received is faulty, please email team@trudermal.com.au with your name, a detailed description of the defect and a copy of your proof of purchase. A replacement or full refund will be given to those products returned under warranty, and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your return.

Allergy/Reaction – In the rare case that you have had a reaction to a product, please take a photo of your reaction, email team@trudermal.com.au and discontinue use of the product immediately. A full refund will be given to those products returned because of a reaction, and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your return.

Please return all items in its original box and with all original packing materials within 14 days of receiving your Return Authority. Please note, that returns made without all items will not be eligible for replacement or full refund.

Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during shipment/delivery of your order. Please note if your order shows as “delivered” and you did not receive your item, we will be unable to offer a refund. A replacement will be determined upon further investigation so please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

WARRANTY

Under normal use Trudermal devices and the battery/controller are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. If the product should become faulty within the warranty period, contact your provider.

• Trudermal or its authorised distributor reserves the right to repair a defective product.
• Trudermal or its authorised distributor reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most compatible product currently available.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
  – Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
  – Servicing by unauthorised persons
  – Connection to incorrect power sources
  – Use with unauthorised accessories

Trudermal or its authorised distributors shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, whether expressed by affirmation, promise, description, drawing, model or sample. Any and all warranties other than this one, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.

If the product is defective within the warranty period please contact your provider.

Your legal rights are not affected by anything stated on this page.
Trudermal reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this statement at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of changes to this statement will mean that you accept those changes.
