Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during shipment/delivery of your order. Please note if your order shows as “delivered” and you did not receive your item, we will be unable to offer a refund. A replacement will be determined upon further investigation so please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. If there is a problem, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of shipment. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
Faulty Items – If the item you have received is faulty, please email team@trudermal.com.au with your name, a detailed description of the defect and a copy of your proof of purchase. A replacement or full refund will be given to those products returned under warranty, and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your return.
Allergy/Reaction – In the rare case that you have had a reaction to a product, please take a photo of your reaction, email team@trudermal.com.au and discontinue use of the product immediately. A full refund will be given to those products returned because of a reaction, and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your return.
Please return all items in its original box and with all original packing materials within 14 days of receiving your Return Authority. Please note, that returns made without all items will not be eligible for replacement or full refund.
